Mr. Haugland has had over thirty years of experience in virtually all operational components in high tech companies, including two decades of general management experience. Large company experience includes Scientific Data Systems, Xerox Data Systems, Honeywell Information Systems, Xerox Printing Systems and Bull Printing Systems.

An experienced entrepreneur, Mr. Haugland has founded three companies, including a desktop publishing enterprise that was taken public in the mid 1980's. He is active in community affairs, has served as an elected member of the Natick school board (9 years). He was educated in chemistry and mathematics at the University of Colorado (B.A. 1966) and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Ms. Wollschlager has over twenty years of experience in high tech marketing and financial operations with large companies such as Xerox and Light Signature Inc. She is also an experienced entrepreneur. Ms. Wollschlager oversees WebReply's operations with a particular emphasis on client projects. She is also active in community activities, particularly education, and is an elected town meeting member. Ms. Wollschlager earned her MBA from the University of Chicago in 1981.

Mr. True joined WebReply in July 2000 as Chief Technical Officer. Prior to joining WebReply, Sean served in a variety of positions at Dragon Systems, including Director of Development and Assistant to the CEO. From 1989 to 1994, he served as Director of Research and Development at Rational Systems, a provider of advanced systems software for Intel platforms. Prior to that, he founded Obsidian Computers, Inc., where he developed a family of real-time data acquisition and control servers based on distributed computing technology.

Mr. True holds a B.A. degree in Biopsychology from Earlham College, and spent several years at M.I.T. working on biological and machine vision.

An advertising agency veteran and former professional photographer, Mark has over 20 years of experience marketing an array of sophisticated products in international markets as diverse as China, Mexico and Saudi Arabia. Mark's experience and creative skills are focused on the development and execution of exceptional programs for our clients. Mark earned a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from Bowdoin College and an M.A in Marketing from Emerson College. Mark is also involved in his community and is a respected youth football and lacrosse coach.
